A 99 def/99 magic boxing/blood blitz staker would be pertty good right?

 

You'd be like everyone else. 50/50

 

as long as you bet properly, you should do better than average, there is always the chance that you lose 10 times in a row though.

 

More like 45/55 cuz you don't stand a chance against a glitcher

You have as much chance as any other mage boxer, they seem to be quite common. Just bet low until you really get skilled at it, then go for bigger bets.

 

Autocast blood barrage. Hit them with shadow barrage first. Hope to get lucky

HP is also important though, but not as important as def... Most Mage Boxes I find are won by quite some margin due to the healing effect of blood barrage and a lot of the time one person dominates due to the randomness system Jagex installed, so HP shouldn't make too much of a difference unless it's quite low, like below 90, then it might make a big difference.
