A low level skill, most accounts already at least have this level.

I've done this tactic since yesterday, I've lured about 9 whips and 5 full sara sets in a couple of hours. And no PayPal, I would prefer RSGP.

No, I would consider that PK'ing anyways, involves PvP. And no that's not it, first time hearing about that method.
