How does a VMM work?

You will pay for the transaction fee, the VMM will then verify the account after details/recovery information have been set via e:mail -- After the account is verified the VMM will change the PW. You will then send the payment, or RSGP to my Paypal or Runescape account. The VMM will then provide you the PW to the account after I verify the payment has been received.
