Disputing TWC

I was given a TWC months ago because I decided not to trade with someone and left the conversation.
It was at the talking about the deal stage so no money or trading had began, so I'm not sure why I had the TWC.

I believe Pen gave me the trade with caution.

• I've done quite a few trades on sythe and have been a member for a year, I haven't scammed and have no intentions of doing so.
• The TWC makes it alot harder for me to trade and I believe leaving a conversation before attempting to trade with each other doesn't warrent a TWC, but of course that's not up to me to say.

 

Any responses please?

Sill looking for issuing reason

 

I saw that you and Karl could not find a reason that liam887 was issued with a TWC, if you look here, Pen says that he had suspicious behavior during a chat:

And another one right here also said that he scammed, but also had insufficient proof due to no chats and no proof he sent the payment:

I assume that Pen saw these reports stacking up, mostly with insufficient proof and deduced that no one member has that many people faking proof against him; and issued a TWC
