Welcome newcomers and old members alike!
This is my comprehensive and in depth walk through of www.sythe.org I hope it helps everyone understand our beloved site a little bit better.

This guide is going to be posted as if you were looking at the main page of www.sythe.org, and will be taken step by step starting with the very first section, which brings us to....

Rules and Donations

​

Sythes rules can be found here. Each rule should be read over carefully and understood fully before posting. Following the rules will make your stay here at sythe a lot longer, and more enjoyable for everyone.

Our donation center is a complex yet simple in its own way.
You can read up on everything by clicking here.
At this point in time sythe is only accepting donations via the following methods:

1. Western Union
2. Mail (Money order or cash)
3. Plznates RSGP donation service found here.

There are many benefits to donating some of which include larger private message box, access to the donator lounge, or a larger avatar. You can find a whole list here.

Our Community

​

As you can see this forum is made up of six sections, each as important as the last.

The first section in our community is entitled Sythe.org News and can be visited here. It is comprised of important announcements that directly affect the site.

The second section is the community general found here. Community general has two sub sections, Introductions and farewells(here), and Meet the staff (here). The Introductions and farewells section is perfect for a newcomer to introduce him or herself to the entire site, or if you are feeling that your stay here on sythe has come to an end, you can say your finale goodbyes.
Meet the staff lets ordinary members get to know the staff here on sythe. These two sub sections aren't the only thing you find in this section tho, Community general is full of helpful threads and several stickies that a very important, including:

The first of which is the dispute a ban section. (here)

Its best to avoid that section especially on the posting side, just follow the rules and you should be fine. If you do find your self on the wrong side of this section, the stipulations of a high pardon are here.

Market

​

Our Market is made up of seven different sections that make sythe such a successful site.
There are a few people I need to introduce before we discuss our first section.
Visit this link to see a complete list of all current mods. Just choose one from the list that your issue pertains to, send him or her a message and expect results. Our staff here are fast, and effective.
Also, the current list of OMMs (an OMM is an Official Middle Man, they are paid to ensure the safety of both buyer and seller, these are among the most trusted people on sythe.)

Our first section is the Runescape sales found(here.)
I will break this section down into 10 sub sections to help stub confusion.
First of which is the Market lounge(here)

In this lounge people discuss everything related to the runescape market, its a great place to get information on current gold selling sites.

Next up to bat is the Gold exchange (here.)
The Gold exchange is broke down into two sections, Buying(here) and Selling(here.)
This is the section to be to buy or sell all of your RSGP. Make sure to refer to above for an OMM.

After the Gold Exchange, is the Item Exchange. (here)
Item Exchange is built up just as the gold, buying(here) and selling(here).


Past the exchange's is the account sales. It is important to read all stickies for each section before posting, especially here.
First is Pures and skillers. (here)
Pures and skillers are broken down into three sub sections.

Other accounts (here) will be the next section and is built up like the pures and skillers.

After the account sales, comes the user services(here) this is where most newcomers start to earn a little reputation doing free bits of odds and ends on accounts. User services is built up six different sub sections described below.
1.) First up is Account Upgrade Service,(here) this section is for all your runescape and funorb membership needs.
2.) Next is Skill Training,(here) we have alot of very good skillers on sythe that can get you 1-99 in no time at all.
3.) Firecapes and Defenders (here) is next on the list, and is a great place to start a business or even get that cape you have always wanted.
4.) Questing and Torso service (here) is a section for anyone who needs barbarian assault done or any quest, ever.
5.) Other services (here) is for any other service you can't find a section for, like clue scroll help, or void points.
6.) Item lending (here) is pretty self explanatory.


Next we find our selves at the guides section(here) which is built up of three sub sections.

Last but not least for the Runescape market is the Miscellaneous section,(here)
this section is for everything that doesn't fit in a category above, including runescape classic sales.

The WOW section(here) is built up a lot like the runescape section but yet different in the same sense. It is comprised of five sections, discussed below.
1.)First is WoW account sales, (here) in this section you can buy and sell or even trade WoW accounts.
2.) Now we have the Gold exchange,(here) where you can buy and sell WoW gold, making you game rich like crazy.
3.)Tired of paying top dollar for WoW membership? Well head on down to the WoW membership(here) and find great deals on membership everywhere.
4.) WoW leveling (here) is just the place to get that 85 you have always wanted.
5.)WoW services (here) is for all other services WoW related that do not involve leveling.

The Aion sales(here) are just like WoW and RS, set up in different sections.

Vouches Forum (here) is the place to start your own vouch thread to put your vouches that you collect over time here on sythe, to redirect people to show your trust.


Middleman Forums (here) is the section to find a middleman to middleman your trades. Most MM's are free, but make sure to do a background check on them before using them.

Runescape
​

Runescape General (here) is the place to discuss everything runescape related. Talk all about future updates there.

Runescape Cheating (here) is the section to ask about and discuss the latest and greatest runescape bots.
There is a sister section of Runescape cheating called Verified Programs (here) that consist of cheating programs verified by the staff.

Runescape mini games and Pking (here) is where to discuss and organize your mini game adventures and wildy trips.

Runescape Pictures and Videos (here) is where to post all your screenshots and videos of runescape.
Runescape pictures and videos has a sister section called Runescape Progress logs (here) and it is where you can post your bot proggies.

Runescape server development (here) is your one stop location for all of your RSPS needs, there are two different sister sections, regular servers (here) and hamachi servers(here).

Runescape classic(here) is made up of three child sections.
1.) Runescape classic general(here), which is used to discuss RS classic
2.)Runescape classic cheating (here), discuss and learn about RSC cheating in there.
3.)Runescape Classic Pictures (here), post all your pictures.

Off Topic

​

General Discussion (here) is a place to just kick back and talk about all things with everyone here on Sythe.

Something For All (here) is the section that Sythe himself tends to frequent. It is intended for intellectual debates and anything deemed otherwise will be promptly removed. If you are a debater or just a good arguer you should definitely check it out.

Music (here) is built up of three sections,
1.)Music discussion (here) is where you can talk all about your favorite music.
2.)Clips and Videos (here) is where you can embed all your favorite music videos.
3.) Your Music and Lyrics (here) is where you can post your lyrics, poems, or raps. You can even call people out for a rap battle.

Movies/Television Discussion (here) is where you can post about you favorite movies and TV shows.

Sport/outdoor(here) is proof that we are aren't all the typical "geek".

Video Clips (here) is for all those hilarious or otherwise videos you find that you just want to share with the world.

Spam Forum (here) if you are a new member I suggest avoiding this forum for as long as possible. It is the only section that you can "troll" few rules apply but the ones that do are very serious.

Community Support

​

Community Support has replaced User Education in an attempt to revamp the section and bring new light to helping around the site.

Community support applications(here) is the first section on the list, this is where you will learn what it takes to be a community assistant, and apply to be one.


Community Submitted Guides(here) is up next, this is where you can look through the guides or even put your own to help the fabulous users here at Sythe.


Sythe.org Support (here) is where you can look around and find new things about Sythe, or if you have any questions here is where they will be answered.

Personal Support (here) is the section to go to if you ever have real life issues that you just need someone to help with. You can post anonymously to help protect your anonymity, but it is a 0 tolerance section which means absolutely no trolling.

Help, Requests & Tech. Support (here)
is the section to go to if you have any technical support questions or anything of the sort, you can even request guides there.

Ever need any help with homework? Algebra getting a little hard for you? Well in the Homework Help (here) section, you can request and give homework help here on Sythe.

Graphics

Graphics Showcase (here) is where you can post your gfx and get constructive criticism

GFX Help, Tutorials and Advanced (here) is where to get help on you GFX work.

General GFX Talk (here) Is the place to discuss gfx.

GFX Sales and Giveaways (here) is where you can make money with a gfx sale thread or you can buy some.

World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft Screenshots and videos (here) is where to post all of your videos and pictures relating to WoW.

World of Warcraft Cheating (here) is the best place to get WoW cheating advice and to discuss it.

Diablo 2 and 3

Diablo 2&3 general (here) is the section to refer to if you wanna hear what others have to say or if you have something to say about Diablo.

Diablo 2&3 Screenshots and videos (here) is one section that I even though dont play the game, suggest you visit, there are some beast pictures.

Diablo 2 Cheating (here) is just like every other cheating section, you can discuss and learn how to do it.

Minecraft

Minecraft is our smallest forum with only one section.

Minecraft General (here) is the only place on sythe for all of your Minecraft needs.

Report a scammer and the sythe archives.
​

Reporting a scammer is never fun, but sometimes it is necessary for the well being on the site.
Here is the section, read the stickies for more information on how to properly report a scammer.

The archives (here) have recently been opened up for the public so we can go through and read all of the old threads. Some valuable information can be found in what most have forgotten.

The Staff​

I listed above a direct link to the staff here at Sythe, but I will place it again here.
The Staff here are all here without pay, they deal with a lot of people every day and never ask for a dime.
These are among the most trusted and respected people on Sythe and should be treated as such.

Nice start so far, I guess this can be quite useful for newcomers and the like. I suggest sub-titling every section you are about to start talking about, makes it a little easier to read.

I can see you put a lot of effort into this guide. I find that admirable. Heres a few tips. Instead of using your picture of the sythe.org banner, I think that this one is more professional. It has a transparent background.

Another tip. Moderators are bound to change, I advise you remove their profile links from this guide. Posting this link would be a good idea.

By the way, the brackets you use when you say a link with the word 'here' is annoying. I would suggest removing the brackets and using the bold button. Sorry, if I am a little harsh, I just want to help.

The brackets were just temporary I still need to make adjustments but this will suffice as a beginning stage of the finished product.

About the moderators, I plan on keeping this up to date as I am always on Sythe, so when ever a change occurs, I will make it change on this thread.
