Need help on a haircut.

So I cut my hair about 6 months ago semi short (about an inch long) and it looked good now its long again. (about 5 inches) and I want to cut it short. So my question.

I was thinking about getting just a 1 inch all around. Would this be unattractive. Maby an inch everywhere except cut around the ears. Im not good with getting short hair as ive had my hair long almost my whole life.
Im not down to get a buzzcut because I have a big nose and everybody tells me it would really stick out if I got a buzz.
I just wish I could remember what I told the hair salon chick last time I went.

So some advice guys on what I should do. Im going to cut it tomorrow morning so I need advice quick. I dont want to look like a fagget when I start school again next week.

1/8inch around sides and back
1 inch on top

Just go with whatever you're comfortable with. If you're stressing about a #1, don't get it. Ask your hairdresser for a scissor trim, so it wont be too short and you can style it.

 

Yea well I dont really style. Last time I cut it short I just wore hats and beanies everyday then eventually it got like 3 inches long then I started wearing hats backwards until now. I think I might just go with the inch all around and tell them to cut more where neccessary. Or if all els fails and I look like shit. Ill just have to settle with a #8 buzzcut.

 

I do 2 or 3 all around buzz cuts.
I used to have long hair and I can never see myself growing it out like that anymore.

I'd go for a buzz cut because Summer is coming.

 

Like I said. I got a sorta big nose. So itll become even more noticed if i do that. Maby a #8 all around?

My hair was pretty long then i just asked to have half and a little more cut off an it looked alrite but now its getting long and curling at ends again

Haircuts that may look great with some people can look bad on others.

 

Short back and sides. Long on top. Pretty cool style. Asin, REALLY short back and sides and REALLY long on top. Use clay to style the top.

 

I've had short hair all my life, I get a buzz cut (first time I've heard that term lol) I get 2 on top and 0 back and sides, everyone I know seems to like it and I like it as well.

So... I got a buzzcut a #8. And damn does it look good and feel wierd. It'll takes some getting used too. Showering is so fast now too. Im probably just going to stick with getting a buzz cut every 6 months lol. Thanks guys.

 

You should just get a quarter-inch buzz every 3 weeks
