Nah you didn't scam them it was there fault because it clearly wasn't lost in transit

That happened to me from John Lewis when I ordered a Persian rug for my room, except it was valued at £650. The next one came a day later with the same delivery guy (LOL) who kept giving me a dirty look, I still have them both, one in my bedroom and the other I decided to put in the living room...

It's been a year so I think I got away with it, I'm considering selling one now.

 

Dude this has happen to me before but with expensive custom shoes. I even told them I had received a 2nd pair and they let me keep the 2nd one as a gift ^^. Free $250.
Its delivery fault not the company or yourself. Had many other encounters like this but with minor items.
So no you didn't scam, I call it just luck on your part and a pain in the ass for their service.

 

Return it and get a few extra bucks

What is walmart? Compared to Tesco in England or something.

 

Although they most likely won't realize/pursue their error, just incase don't set up one of the tv stands. It would probably look bad if they came to pick one up and you had it all set up lol.

 

Same thing happened to me over x-mas. I ordered one 19 inch HDTV for my little brother and received two of them.

 

same happend when my mother ordered her phone a few years ago, but they sent two of em instead of one

He's making millions while you are...? No offense intended. And perhaps you shouldn't throw around your mother's work. Its self degrading.

However, assuming your mother actually knows for a fact that Walmart does not hold true to the claims they clearly indicate on their website, he should keep the stand if he has use for a second one.

Haha, clever quip. If you don't mind, could you explain to me the reason why "grown" teenage males have intimate hate for Justin Bieber? The only reason I can see is sincere jealousy, characteristic of immature females.

He should only keep the stand if it is a hassle for him to return it. He should make Walmart aware that he has two stands, and if they refuse to send a shipping label he should not go out of his way to return it.

Something similar happened to my dad a few years back, o2 (phone network) randomly sent him a brand new blackberry, even tho he didn't order one and he wasn't even with the network. lol.

I'll one up you all, I won a Blackberry Torch in a competition just before it came out and was due to receive it the day it came out. It didn't come in so I called them and they said that they didn't know why it wasn't sent and sent it. The next day I had two Torches come in.
