Your feedback for the site seems a bit harsh.
Though you might have came to a problem or two doesn't mean you should instantly assume that they don't care about the customers or are a scam, etc.
Grow the fuck up and understand that people can't be at your assistance all day.
It's obviously a new website and if you don't like it then simply don't buy from it.
I've experienced problems with Gold4RS before.
From the posts I've seen here, I most definitely would prefer ordering from a website like RSUltimate with few minor issues rather than Chinese gold farmers who can not speak English and are obviously fucking retards over at Gold4RS.
As stated earlier, let's consider that they haven't had this company/website running for too long.

Jagex costs much more and people generally want to buy more than one pin at once.

 

How soon you guys think until RSUltimate hits Jagex's radar. I mean, it's pretty ballsy to actually sell upgrades, especially upgrades that have more than likely been p1nl1n3d.

Botting GPz is a breach in Jagex's ToS.
Selling stolen goods is another story, especially when it is more than likely preventing some of Jagex's income. (the merchant tends to lose out on fraud cases with involving intangible goods)

I'd think they would be smart to discontinue their membership sales. I'd think it would probably only take an e-mail to Jagex from someone who didn't like them to set the hounds out.

Anyway, on topic, I once bought a pin off of sacred, he took quite a while for a pm :S and the trade took around 30 minutes of me sitting in fally square, anyway i got my upgrade so all went well i guess.

 

So can I get my refund?

Just looked on your site and noticed it says:

"Membership sales temporarily disabled. Our customer support agent is very busy lately and can not deliver membership as quickly as we hope. If you have not received your membership, contact us for a refund."

And no one is responding to me on the site, just great...

 

I bought 4 upgrades to sacredgfx all went so smooth. like 5mins every trade.

You also need to be more patient. They're only human man, give them a fucking chance.

 

They are all good guys, if you ask for a refund they'll give it to you. They probably got overhauled the first day PIN's were sold, and it wasn't helping that everyone thought that they could get theirs in 5 minutes.

Legitimate site to be honest, and run by some of the most respectable people on Sythe, I wouldn't doubt their legitimacy.

 

Well, it's currently been 38 hours for me I'm a bit bothered since it said instantly and I needed them then.. But oh well I guess, hope they fix this time frame.

 

I never use those websites they are just rip off

 

upgrade,since ur spending 22 dollar for 4 upgrade which means ea upgrade is about 5.5 dollar,why not buy a month upgrade on runescape official,no risk , faster and only 2 dollar more -.-
