The 3-day mark has passed, and the refund is still placed on temporary hold. Any ideas?

 

I sold 15m to someone last night and we did it in multiple payments like 5M - 5$ at a time. Then when I woke up this morning it says all of them are held and I have "Claims requiring your action (4)" in red. and around -$15 in paypal. I'm verified on PayPal but I haven't added my SS# or confirmed where I live.

It says I can resolve by proof of delivery and provide more information on payments because my PayPal is limited. Also it says to respond on my 4 claims. What should I do on the claims? Do I have to do them? I google searched this same situtation and people say there is nothing you can do but wait for 180 days.

Is there anything I can do with the 4 claims?

Also since I am limited, for proof of address, could I send in my W-2 form for when I worked that has my address and name on it?

 

If your account is limited and you put a fake address in canada, where you dont live in. Any way to fix that? Or can someone tell me how long does it take for paypal to cancel limited?

Add a bank account or credit card, add your SS#, provide proof of where you live and have it match up, photo id, etc. I just followed the steps paypal had and my account was lifted overnight.

 

I have $9 useless in paypal, because i'm not verified, im aware this is a noob question i can google, but how do i get verified? I have NO credit card or debit card, and NO way to get one. Can i use a green-dot refillable one? or how am i to do this, thanks for your time reading my stupid question.

 

To get verified, use virtual banks. People sell them on sythe. It's the easiest way if you want verified.

My situation:

Did a gp trade last night, He sent me $100, then $100 again and then $300. The account I received this on wasn't verified, it has no credit card/savings account linked.

Then I tried to send it all to my verified bank-funded account, it went through, but when I woke up, it said all $500 was held and the account limited, supposedly an unauthorised payment from my unverified account. I filled in as much as I could of the steps to remove the limit, but the name on my account is not my real name, so I can't link it to my bank account.

TL; DR: The main question for this was, will I be able to still get my $500 which i sent from a non verified account, and can I change my name on Paypal?

Recently 2 of my PayPal accounts have been limited.

Idk why but, I sold $45 worth of gold today, and transferred the money from 1 account to the other. Basically I have one account to receive money from people, and the other is where I spent it.

Anyways, Paypal wants me to show proof of identity (Drivers License)
The problem is I did put all real information cept I lied about my age, instead of being 16 Im 26. My account isn't verified, and I'm wondering If I can do anything about this?

Could someone please help me.

 

This person sent me as a gift, he included the note "i am paying for virtual goods, i will not revert this if i do i am scamming" yet i am in two disputes. What should i do?

It was an unauthorized transaction as well, what should i do?

 

Hey, here is a problem, i got peronal account and they want me business account proof? And proof of invoices?????? only bouth 2 items on ebay (like 6$ each) And they think it bussiness acc?

Sam, in the business information provide what did you sold.
And in the invoices section, enter an ebay invoice or just call a paypal and say that you do not have it.

Try to dispute it as an unauthorized payment.

Since it was sent as a gift paypal most likely won't allow you to dispute it as your item not being received. I lost 280 USD because someone disputed something they gifted me as an unauthorized payment..

 

Would it be possible that GP-buyers charge back in the following situations:

1. send me 20$
2. 8 days later another 22$ payment is made to me
3. another week later he sends another 8$

Is it possible that the guy suddenly reverts all 3 payments? Or will paypal refuse because he didnt reverse after the 1st payment or so?

And its impossible to get chargebacked after 60 days right? (since I'm currently using that policy for everyone who bought gp from me, after 60 days they can buy as much as they want)

 

Yes, after this limit it is impossible.
And there is no difference how many payments you get, if that paypal account is stolen, if he calls his bank to chargeback a payment, if he disputes the payment (if sent as a normal payment), you can get a payment chargebacked.

 

And what would happen if they charge back after a month and my balance is empty at that moment?
