Scammed $250 - Help?

Hey guys, I doubt many of you have seen this but I recently was scammed 250M. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1033937

Anyhow, he sent me $250 in increments, but then they were all soon after claimed back by Paypal because they thought the payments were 'unauthorized'. After a bit of research I was able to find his phone number, address, all this info. I'm not looking to prank call him or whatever, but what do you think I should do? I want to let him know I'm serious about getting my money back, I'm not going to try to scam him or anything, I'd just like my hard-earned money back. Or is there anything I can do with Paypal? Would speaking with upper management do the trick?

Best way would be to contact paypal by phone or if your paypal was credit card funded call up your credit card company.

 

If you have his info, like name, address, etc, report him here: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Try to call PayPal and resolve with them first.

 

That is why you don't take paypal. Most of the people doing paypal are using stolen paypals
