My experience with RsUltimate.Com!

I just purchased 4 upgrades from RsUltimate.Com for almost $22.00 and I received my order confirmation emails, but never received the 16 digit verification code that I was supposed to receive. I talked to support and I tell then that I did not receive an email with my verification code and they weren't of very much help at all.

I was also told after I purchased the upgrades that it would take 24 hours to receive them, while under the F.A.Q. it specifically says "Less then 10 minutes" to receive your upgrade.

I am very disappointed in both their customer support and general service. Support isn't that much of a help and I was given miss leading information on there main webpage when I was told I would receive my upgrades in "Less then 10 minutes"

OH, AND DID I MENTION THERE PIN SELLER SACREDGFX IS THE WORST PIN SELLER IN THE WORLD. DOESN'T EVER ANSWER YOUR MSN MESSAGES.

So I just decided to get a refund and in order to do that I have to fill out a "Support Ticket" on there forums which I just did, but now I have to wait 12 fucking hours for them to process the refund!

 

I would advise you to contact one of there owners, or support members on MSN. Grave is constantly on, and is actually helpful.

I've had very similar experiences. Purchased a PIN, didn't get the verification code, and didn't even get any help. Also Sacred never even answered any of my messages...

 

I wouldnt even bother using that site, it's honestly the worst way to buy anything.. They are slow, and dont give a shit about their customers.

 

I filed a dispute and they have yet to refund me, sigh.

 

sacredgfx is awesome. He is busy and you're the the only customer so be patient. I bought like 8 upgrades from him and each went smoothly.

 

To everyone who has concerns:

1. Sacred is usually on all the time, but one of his workers is skipping shifts. There's over 30 upgrade orders and it's very hard to fill them for him when all the customers are nagging.

2. The 16-Digit Verification codes are supposed to send automatically, but since we accept it through a fraud-detection system, a lot of orders get flagged for various reasons, such as your PayPal address being different than form address or phone number being wrong.

3. The maximum wait time is 48 hours which after you will receive the verification code. This is just a way for us to know the payment went through and to not hand out multiple membership upgrades. These are not pins. They are membership upgrades so Sacred must be on to receive your 16-Digit code and tell you how to upgrade.


Please give us some time to work these problems out. Impatient customers aren't really helping us. No, you're not getting scammed. You just have to wait for Plimus to verify the orders and for Sacred to resolve the 24/7 issue. For god's sake, you expect us to be robots and deliver your membership in a second.

Anyway, it would help us more if you made a thread on our support forums.

You have to realize we're not a giant Chinese gold company with a hundred representatives. It started as one person and now we're trying to expand to 24 hour coverage. We do care about our customers, but we just can't be on all the time. Our gold delivery is still quite fast, but we're having issues with membership sales.


I would still say you have a better chance with us than any other person or website. Keep in mind we're still on longer than others, since most people have to be directly contacted through MSN and show up a few hours a day.

 

Ive never used RSultimate before and i dont think im going to start anytime soon and unlucky man its sad to hear that

 

Well, last week I went to buy from him in game using RSGP and he told me the world and place and made me sit there in game for 30 minutes and then logged out and never responded back.

I think a lot more people would be less mad if SACREDGFX responded every once in a while.

When you purchased your pin, this was posted directly above the buy button.

It was only listed under the FAQ that it USUALLY takes under 10 minutes, which it does if you have your verification code.

Yes, I contacted the Gold Delivery guy's because SACREDGFX was offline and wouldn't respond anyways even if he was online.

Plus, company say's 24/7.

 

For god's sake, Sacred's partner ditched him today so it's not even his fault. He can't stay up 24/7 himself.

As an added note, I don't even make much money from membership sales. It's just supposed to be an added bonus to our website for those who need it. Sacred ran across me and I offered him the job. He works separately from us but is affiliated, and I'm trying my best to make it work after his FIRST DAY. You can't expect us to be instantly perfect. We didn't even expect 30+ orders this fast.

 

Ok, Ok...........I will come back 2morrow at around 10 Pm eastern time, which will be 24 hours.

If I get the code, I will Contact SACREDGFX and pray to God that he will be on and will reply to me.

 

To be honest I think you guys are way too hard on this website. Personally I've bought a pin from sacredgfx and everything went smoothly. From what I've heard, the other websites are far worse than having to wait a day to recieve your pin? Thats nothing. I've had to wait three days for a pin and to be quite honest I plan on using this site in the future. Just because its a website doesn't mean you can expect it to be flawless. It's run by people that speak fluent english and have lives outside of their website. From what it sounds the things you guys are saying make every other site sound worse.

 

You didn't even wait a hour, people aren't robots Lol. As grave said, if they did the instant pins without this system, the fraud would be insane and people would buy hundreds of pins and there would be chargebacks like crazy.

Don't expect it to be perfect =/.

 

I canceled the Dispute, I'm waiting 24 hours for the code.

 

Went ahead and made the order process easier to understand.

How about you learn your facts before you talk out of that mouth of yours, hm? We both know you're trying to troll the shit out of our site, so don't talk unless you've had experience with the site. Pathetic troll.

To anyone else: We've only had difficulties with this upgrade section of the site because it's our first day and you can't perfect something at once. We've already dealt with hundreds of customers and one negative feedback shouldn't stop people from using the site. Thanks.

 

Well, to pretty much end this thread of troll's, you cant perfect instant member selling, there is a reason why nowhere else does it. This is the best you will get and if you don't like it then don't bother even posting. This is the first I've even heard of this site 'bad' reputation and I still think it's a good site overall.
