    Jagex won't accept my membership payment
    Maybe the college computers has the same IP, so it does not let the payment to go through, try with an another computer with an another IP.

    I have the same problem, I think it's when ip changes regularly on your rs acc (not sure tho)

    Jagex won't accept my membership payment
    You're probably trying to buy membership from an Unverified PayPal Account. Once you buy membership using 1 of those once, you have to use a verified e-mail the next time because jagex doesn't allow you to purchase membership on the same account using an Unverified PayPal

    I had a similar problem with the whole issue. Turns out it was my bank who was now denying foreign transactions from taking place via internet.

    Interesting, but I tried paying with bank account balance via paypal, and just from my paypal balance, both with no success.

    Same thing is happening to me and I have completely no idea what's up. My paypal has the funds in it so it's not like it's coming from a credit card or anything. If you figure out an answer to this I would great appreciate it if you could PM me.
