What are my chances of getting banned by doing this?

ok, I have one account that I plan on suicide botting, collecting a resource for 2 weeks straight, 24/7, non stop. (I don't give a crap if the botting acc gets banned)

After those two weeks, I take the bot & main into wildy & take the noted resources with my main. (I'm only concerned on if my main get's banned, idc what happens to botter acc)

Sound like a good idea or does jagex catch on to stuff like this?

No, nothing will happen to your main, you can just trade it over in a trade screen.

 

I think the trade screen would be rather obvious... I think pk would have a better shot at going un noticed

Not true. There is always the possibility of getting banned for RWT. Mind you they may be low right now, there is always the possibility. I would just multi log and trade the gold over. Save yourself the hassle.

 

Of course you didn't get banned yet if you did it yesterday lol. Jagex prefers "delayed bans"

 

Even if you pk the gold, they can track your gold. So if they are going to ban your botter, they will be sure to get your main as well by tracking the traded gold. What you should do is make a few mule accounts and hold the gold on it for a few days, then move to another account, then to main. Safest way imo.

 

Yeah you can get caught, but you have to run that risk I guess. The chances are you'll be fine though?

Sythe and it's members, to my knowledge, are not Jagex thus they cannot tell you the chance that you will get banned.

 

You don't think a main killing some random 24/7 ran bot for noted bank is more suspicious then a normal trade screen transaction?

 

I did it on feb 1st, yesterday i did a 30m trade, i did a few 30m trades between feb 1st-yesterday.
There's no rule against it, it's not RWT, you're not paying a gold farmer.
If anything happens, say it was your birthday and your brother gave you mills.

 

When it comes to botting, as long as you don't 24/7 you should be fine. I run bots for 16-20 hours/day and I haven't been reset/banned on any of them.

 

8. Create "Am I safe, Will I get banned, Is X safe to bot yet" threads. There are far too many factors to put into consideration with bans for someone to give you an accurate answer to this.
