Debt Collectors? PayPal?

Don't open the fucking door, record it, hide a bullet cam by the front door, make them angry and get them to physically abuse you (you're under 18) then fuck them over in court and claim compensation, and pay off the debt.

Debt collectors still have to follow the law, tell them to stay off your property or say you refuse to say anything without a lawyer, but depending what country your from you can just tell them your under 18. Here in nz that would be more then enough cause for the paypal terms of condition to be deemed void. But if you scammed and they have proof you scammed your going to want to, at the very least, talk with a free lawyer anyway.

 

If you did scam and went to a lawyer, would you admit to them you scammed or not?

Because it would seem pretty obvious to them that you scammed.

e.g. if you murdered someone and wanted a lawyer and you admitted it to them, would they still help you?

 

I believe it wouldn't get bad until they have some sort of authority with a warrant.

That means you would have had to have done some very serious damage.

A few hundred dollars won't be too bad, maybe they will give you calls. But a few thousand, eh you might get the knockers.

 

There's one thing i suggest you STRONGLY consider. Having debt and not paying it, regardless of how you got into it, means you are genuinely fucked when it comes to mortgages and other credit related things when you get older.

 

Don't worry about it at all, seriously.

I've owed $500 on my paypal for over 4 years now for the same reason. They won't sue you and it doesn't go on your credit.

Forget about it. There's nothing to worry about.

 

Can't be legit..
I've had a -$ balance for a few months.
Everytime paypal called, they asked for their money.
I complained to them about how it was for game currency(virtual) and it's not my problem if they charge back, even if they receive their items in game, instant delivery.

And I said if they continue to call, I will file harassment.

Calls stopped, but.. they froze the paypal account.
If I create any more paypal in my name, it'll get limited instant.

My mom has same last name as me, so she paid the 50$ that was neg in my balance. I am still unable to create my own paypal, but my mother can.

My paypal is in my Fiancee's name.


Idk what to tell you...
