RSbots.net JDK Problems

Hey,
I know that this problem has probably been solved many a time here on Sythe, but I can't seem to find any threads on it.
So I have downloaded & installed the newest JDK software and also rsbots.net newest download. When the .zip file from the rsbots.net download comes up, I try to click "install-windows.bat" but all that happens is the command box appears for like 2 seconds then dissapears then nothing happens. Help guys?

Have you extracted the files from the .zip before you run install-windows.bat? Also, they were having some trouble with the bot today so that might have cause some problems for you as well, though most likely not in the installation phase.

 

if you're in win 7 maybe right click run as admin?

 

Might also have to do with the fact that it seems their entire site is down at them moment.

 

u gotta mess with the "path" in environment variables to fix it. Basically, go to environment variables, change the path, and add the location of the jdk bin folder to the path. Should work after thats done.

 

Try fixing the java paths.

 

I am currently running Windows XP. And how ^
