I created a ticket for GP thru WK Plugins. I had a ticket open and asked for the btc rate, They pointed me into the direction of the rate along with the stock.

this was edited after the conversation, it said 5b, so i asked for the btc address and he put it in with the bot, so i sent the payment with btc.

He then came to realize he has none in stock, then they said they had 1,9b but wouldn't fulfill half the order and he said he refunded it, I have not received the refund he has sent. The refund he sent to an address shows it was confirmations. When i asked about it was proceeded to be called an idiot. Upon looking at transactions where he sent the payment isnt my address that i have for btc, nor did he ask for mine.

I have opened a case with cashapps support and they have said they can confirm there is nothing coming to my account, https://i.imgur.com/kVIoyXa.png the proceeded to tell me to take it up with the merchant because its not showing to my account.

 

You jumped the gun by sending money straight to my btc address without any confirmation of a deal, the btc was sent straight straight back to the wallet it came from.

The address I refunded the money to is the exact same address it came from meaning the funds should definitely be recoverable by cashapp support, I opened a support ticket with cashapp on my end too but because I don't hold an account with them they aren't going to share any information with me.

 

How can you make such a decision after 2 days?

The funds ARE recoverable by cashapp as the address the btc sent to is a valid btc address owned by cashapp, its just a case of getting cashapp to credit them back to the customers balance. I will not be making the refund for the second time as the funds are blatantly recoverable.

The BTC is sitting in a wallet owned by cashapp. The address i refunded the btc back to only has 4 transactions total so its not exactly a hard task for cashapp support to credit this to the TurboSales' cashapp account with proof of the transactions in each direction.

 

Refunded the customer out of my pocket in the form of fulfilling the deal he initially wanted. Paid out 2152M OSRS which is $355 @ 0.165 / mil

Should be confirmed by the other party later today.
