Yep that's what I realized back then, it saturated quite fast even at 3g a day. I was doing 3 servings of 7g, that's probably what fucked me over. Now when I take 3g it seems to affect me. Might just quit creatine as a whole. Problem is, it's probably the best supplement out there.
