Paypal trustable now?

I've been reading and it seems that a lot of people are stating that you can now ensure a buyer who uses PP sends their payment as a gift. I'm still indecisive on it but i'd like to hear what you guys think. I've been wondering about this for a few days now so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

In the past week I've lost over $700 USD in disputes from people using stolen PayPal accounts. Be safe.

People still can dispute payments sent a gift I'm pretty sure.
I got scammed recently for $130 off another site even though it was sent as a gift.
Be careful.

 

Wow that sucks hard, they should at least give you back the money if it was a dispute not just take it away..

 

Gift payments are not safe.

Anyone who tells you that is incorrect.

All payments can be chargebacked, all payments can be disputed.

Paypal is not safe for the average sythe user.

My recommendation: Take all possible precautions if someone is sending a large amount over paypal. Only take paypal from trusted members.

If you do the transaction through playerauctions paypal is safe.
