Not able to change Email on Account

Hello,

I recently signed up for the site, but used an incorrect email. It didn't have a verification email, so i thought i put it in right, but when I went to check the contact information, I noticed it was incorrect.
It's not letting me change it without knowing the password, and that happens to not be working either.

So i'm stuck on this new account. Any suggestions or help?
