Briefly explain the trade: 4M rs geepee for a runescape prepaid card upgrade

How they scammed: After giving him half of the price he told me that he had to upgrade the account using credit card (the deal was a prepaid upgrade) so when i asked for a refund of my 1,5M he went offline
