How do I properly goldfarm??

hello. i was wondering how to properly goldfarm using say a pure essence mining bot on a few accounts at once.

Where should i get the bot? How do I run multiple bots at once? How should i transfer the gold to my main? What bots are the best for goldfarming if im only going to use about 2 or 3 at a time? Will i somehow need to get a separate IP address so that they cannot trase the goldfarming account back to my main who i use bots on for skills such as mining. Stuff like this.

I can answer your first question and say that you can get a free essence mining auth from kMiner if I remember rightly and it's flawless. Just sign how many emails up you want and get that many free auths

1) Use a free bot. I think epicbot can mine ess (not sure)
2) Dont log into your main on the same ip address
3) make about 3 miners accts, 1 mule acct
4) transfer all your ess after each minining session to the mule
5) From the mule transfer your gold to a main. or sell it from the mule.

thats what i did, i got like 5 santas and a green mask back in the day. I used rs bot back then.

any idea how i can get 2 ip addresses for one household? I have 2 separate computers.

and how long is it alright to leave the bots running? Do people run them all day? or should i focus on not getting them banned?

 

If your gold farming, your guaranteed to get banned. So just bot as much as you can before you get banned. Remember to transfer all your ess after each session.

If you have dsl, restart the modem and your IP will change.
If you have cable, call your cable company to change it.

When I was gold farming, I would always have at least 3-4 bots running at one time the whole day. When I got home from school, woke up, or went to sleep I would transfer all the ess to a mule acct. Make multiple mules, Jagex will prob trace your ip to the mule accts. AND NEVER log into you main with the ip your using to bot. When you transfer wealth, drop trade in a desolate place or wildy.

 

And they look at your internet IP, not your computer ip.

 

just make sure you have a good computer with the following:

-Decent Ram (You can run about 2 accounts per 1G of Ram, but don't overdo it. I have 6G of ram on my laptop but only run 4 accounts since it's not a desktop)
-Graphics card (If yours comes with a crappy one I suggest upgrading so your computer doesn't delapidate due to overuse)
-Processor (If you're looking to goldfarm (5+ Accounts) invest in an intel processor or make sure its close to, or above 3ghz)

Follow the above and you'll be fine. If you're into more intense botting, you can look into hosting a VPS or expanding with netbooks/laptops/desktops.

 

Thank you Jimmy and Snow Patrol the details help a lot!! I'm getting very excited to start. Only two more questions that I can think of.

1.) The only bot that i have experience using is RiD and without going through a process i cannot run more than one bot at a time. Is there a specific process that I should go through for other bots to do so?

2.)and if anyone can send me a link to the bots that they use or think i should use for goldfarming this would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to spend money on a bot if it is only 1 auth code for about 3 bots

You've come to the right place, but just browse around in the forums and you'll find answers to all of your questions

 

Goldfarming with pure essence is pointless. The money is terrible and the ban rate is high.

If you want to Goldfarm PROPERLY I recommend investing in a Sorc Garden Bot (can be found on www.rsbots.net). All it takes is membership, an easy quest, and a day to get 65 thieving and you're well on your way to making 250k/hr with a small ban rate. To take it a step further, invest in a Runecrafting Bot. Spend about a week or two getting 57 Summoning, 50 Agility, and 44 Runecrafting. Graahking Natures at lvl 91 will get you upwards of 550k/hr. Those are just some common methods people use - pure essence is still widely used but is useless in my opinion if you're serious about goldfarming.

 

Do all of the above but scratch everything jimmy said.
Don't use epicbot, it's probably a virus anyway, and free bots blow.
Don't even bot essence, horrible gp. Do sorc instead or RC.
You don't need another IP, it's all BS. They don't care about other accounts on your IP, only the ones you bot on. So don't go looking how to change ips etc, it's not worth it and it's pointless.

I've been botting Sorc Garden on 7 accounts for two months (all signed, same IP), and have only got Jag Rolled on two accounts, and that was today. It happened to many. However this isn't even an issue considering these accounts are so easy to make. I've also been botting four Runecrafters doing natures for about a month now, with no negative results.
If you bot Runecrafting you're golden. You won't get banned because people won't report you. This is because you're always on the move, and there is no sure-fire way to know you're botting.

Use paid bots. All free bots are pretty much crap in my opinion that will get you banned.

In conclusion: Sorceress's Garden and Runecrafting is the way to go. Don't be afraid to bot all signed on one computer, Sorc Garden accounts are ridiculously easy to bot up and Runecrafting is almost guaranteed not to get you banned if you use the Graahk method crafting Natures. Also, do not use free bots.


Pro-tip: When using the nexus client (rsbots.net, rs2botting.com, whatever, they all use it), put all your global settings to the RIGHT, not left. This substantially decreases the amount of CPU being used, and will allow you to run more bots at once. The bot will look laggy but it's running at full speed. You're just decreasing the frequency in which the client feeds back data to you. It's all good .

 

kk thank you! =) since im starting on lvl 3's should i bot to get their thieving lvl to 65? and should i purchase the accounts with 91 runecrafting? since itll take a long time to get them to 91?

 

Right, bot to get 65 thieving using the Sorceress's Garden bot.

Don't buy the accounts with 91 runecrafting. The whole process is a journey - from 44-50 you'll be making about 150k/hr, from 50-75 about 250k/hr, then 75-91 about 350-400k/hr. Still very good profit before 91 .

I personally dont trust epicbot. I only use that on school computers on my noobies accts for training low lvl pures. I suggest it bc your new to gold farming and shouldnt spend money untill you get the hang of it.

I havnt gold farmed in a few years but im using perfect fighter to train a high lvl pure rite now.

Jagex doesnt seem to bann ppl as much anymore. not as much as before.
