Dispute a denied name change request

I donated $200 to get my name changed [Major] I made sure i had all the requirements before doing so and while i was waiting i didn't post a single thing and i've changed all my art work thinking they'd be no problems. I really need some help because i'm taking a MASSIVE hit here and i believe i've done nothing wrong yet getting punished when it wasn't made clear??
