I am very skeptic of botting

I want to use botting for a few reasons. I like to read a lot, and obviously it is hard to fish and focus on a book for awhile with the fishing spots switching around and such.

I will be at the computer reading, I just want the bot to fish for me while I am reading. I will talk occasionally to other people and still do humane like things while it is fishing (would that make it any less likely to get banned if I only use it while at the computer or not)?

Afaik talking to people should eliminate any doubt as to whether you're botting or not from the other players' perspective and if it gets stuck you can pause the script and fix it since you'll be there. So yeah, as long as you aren't being reported or leaving your script stuck for an extended period of time I don't think there's any change you'll be banned.

 

I fish overnight for like 8 hours and I havnt been banned yet.. dont sweat it

Botting already has an extremely low ban rate in most cases. If you still chat occasionally, this lets others know you aren't botting (even though you are). I think it's fair to say you're "good to go" and will not get banned.

That's true. Go to powerbot.org now choose your script and start botting. I do this always I'm at computer.

 

I have botted 24/7 on my main and im still safe, i have got him 99 mage, 90 def 90 rnage 85 atk, 85 str, and 98 rc (Almost 99 XD) all through 24/7 botting. I use rsbots.net bots since they are safer (and yes you have to pay for them)

 

Done 90-99 Attack, strength, defence and HP. (free bot)
70-99 Woodcutting (free bot)
65-99 Thieving (free bot)
75-99 Cooking (free bot)
40-86 Runecrafting (payed)
60-85 Smithing (payed)
70-99 Magic (free)
60-92 Herblore (free)
And 65-80 Summoning. (free)

All using bots, sometimes for 15+ hours.
No bans ever.
Also have a mule account which I bot abby demons on have 30+ hour proggys no ban.

 

That seems fine, I highly doubt you will get banned for that.

 

i decided to bot basically because i had a decent character in the 90s but got sick of leveling. so honestly i dont care if it gets banned.

you have to go into it knowing theres a risk. but after running bots for 2+ months the risk seems MINOR.

jagex seems in dire need of money. everyone is in dire need of skills other than video games.

so i put 2 and 2 together. i bot 24/7 and have been for 8 weeks on 6 characters. none have got a ban

good luck in whatever you do.

i made a character who was pretty beast from scratch in 2 months. so don't risk your main if you don't want to.

 

I do perf. fighter, sorc garden, and LRC on like 10 accounts for days at a time and haven't been banned on a single account. Just rolled back twice.

 

I was paranoid about getting into botting myself, but you really have nothing to worry about if you're using a good script (which is why i only stick to paid bots)

Just dont 24/7/365 and you'll be fine

 

The more and more you bot the more comfortable you will be with it. I started out botting only a couple hours a day using only rid bots. Now I use nexus and nearly bot 24/7. To be honest getting a rollback or ban just doesn't matter to me as much anymore.

 

I bot on an account while its risking a net worth of $3k +. Just bot smart though about 6-8 hours per day only with accounts you dont want to lose.
Only stick to paid bots though, unless its an account you really could care less getting caught.
I use only one particular one out of all others.

You'll be fine, just use a paid bot, don't use a free one.
Botting isn't as bad, it's very relaxing actually lol.
