Can i remove this email?

I just bought an account from this guy, and at the time of purchase he said that the email has always been pending...Well today i logged on and now there is an email set. Is there any way to get his email off there? If i recover a "stolen password" will it remove it? I dont feel like loosing the 50m i payed for the account, so any help is appreciated.
