Scam Report : Dialatic

I've been good friends with Dialatic for the past few months, we started speaking on another forum and eventually noticed we both we're heavily into RS. He, was big on Sythe and I had a large reputation as a coder and management from a separate RSB.

Anyways, I gave him my old main which was a great account. I was only "lending" it to him til I could sort out some life issues (I thought that this was understood). I don't know if this is even considered worthy of a scam report, I gave him the account and I'm sure he can verify that - I asked him if it was possible to return, and he told me he sold it to a member on here.
I want resolution.

 

There was obviously some miscommunication in the lending part. Please work this out with him as there is little to no proof of what was originally agreed.

 

He claims that this was not agreed, but I remember us talking about it. It doesn't matter either way - I can always recover it, I just will feel bad for the member who loses the account. I'd like to sort this out with all 3 parties (myself, Dialatic, and the buyer)

He says that he never agreed upon this, but I know for a fact we did. It doesn't matter, if there is no proof that I lent it to him, then there would be no proof if someone recovers it? I'd rather sort all this out with Dialatic and whoever he sold it too, but he won't tell me who he sold it too. >.>

 

If you recover it that will count as counter scamming. It would be in your best interest to privately discuss this with both him and the buyer.

 

Never specified that I, myself planned on it. I gave him the account awhile back, my recoveries are most definitely removed.

I'll try to come to an agreement.. He claims to have offered '100M' for the account back, but I doubt this.

 

Try to resolve it, or make a new account.
