Paypal Question.

Quick question about Paypal. Say someone sends me money, and it goes to Account A. After the transaction, I send the money from Account A to Account B. Two days later, the person that sent me the money files a dispute/chargeback.

What happens is Account A goes into negative balance, while Account B keeps the money, correct?

Also, how much money can you transfer with an unverified Paypal? Been a while since I wasn't verified, so I can't remember.
