low post count link block

Amazing suggestion Support!

 

The post count doesn't matter in my opinion that much, it's the join date

 

I support this as well. Looks like a good idea and theres TONS of phishing going on.

 

Some advertisers make accounts every so often and dont use them for a few months I've noticed. I think a 10 post requirement to post links would be good, as advertisers typically only post their advertisements once or twice and get gone. It would be nice to see an admin perspective on the chances of getting this working...

 

I meant like, if person A has joined 2006 and has 100 posts while person B has joined 2010 has 400 posts, i think the person A is more trustable. .

Yeah, I agree with n4n0. 150 posts seems a bit high. I would agree with a 2 week time limit though. Maybe something lower like 20 posts too.

I'm not here to post 30 posts per day and I've been away from Sythe like a year (even more, really). It's all common sense.

 

Again if they spam, they will be banned before they can post phishers.

 

true, but for post count some noobs get apprentice in 1 day just spamming forums.

 

I think you should be able to set a post count limit to people viewing posts, and 30 for links.

Like "You cannot view this until you have %% Posts"

 

Has been denied many, many times before because people would just spam the posts or wait the time needed and do it after that.

 

Images count as links too.

New members who can't link to images of accounts and whatnot will either spam or become frustrated with Sythe.org and leave.

We can't have that, so we can't have this.
