Explanation of the trade: I paid 100m for their monthly subscription. Everything went well until I asked them if their plugins worked through Jagex launcher for my other accounts. They said yes but not on MacBook, I have a MacBook and when I seen this message I did not reply. I asked them for how many days I had left within my monthly subscription, they asked for my unique ID but I did not know it. That is when they kicked me for being "sus". When they kicked me my password was not working. They had compromised my account and uploaded my account details to a Jagex launcher. I made a report to Jagex and they confirmed my account was compromised by an authorized third party which is WK plugins.

How they scammed: They somehow got my account details and uploaded my account into their own Jagex launcher, they removed items from my bank. I had 550m total.

By monthly membership i assume you are talking about LMS Terminator monthly.

This is such a stupid scam report, getting an email from jagex confirming your account was hijacked does not mean we hacked your account.

Do you actually have any proof that we hacked your account or are you just angry that you got kicked from the discord?

We are happy to comply with whatever requests mods have to prove our software is completely clean.

If you provide your discord name / uuid i can dig a bit and figure out exactly why you were kicked from the discord but noone that has been banned/kicked from our discord recently has had their keys banned so i suspect your 100m monthly key is still active.

 

You have no jurisdiction to say whether this report is stupid or not. That is up to the mods to decide, ur just angry at the fact I caught you guys red-handed scamming accounts.

I was using the agility plug-in, 30-minutes later my password was not working. No one else knows my password but you guys. No one else had access to my account. So it makes sense to assume you compromised my account.

Proving that your software is completely clean does not prove whether or not you have access to peoples login information.

You guys took advantage of that fact that you wrongfully banned me to hijack my account and take my money thinking I was not going to make a claim.

Regardless if my 100m key is still active, you compromised my account. I do not use Jagex Launcher for anything. The screenshots show that my account was hijacked and compromised but not by who. But deep down I know it was you because no one had access or knew the information but you guys.

Stop being mad and return my 650m.

 

1) we dont have an agility plugin.
2) we dont collect any data on accounts and never had access to anyones login info.

Guarentee you are reusing passwords and got caught in a database leak or you downloaded sketchy software from someone else.

Yeah i remember personally banning you because you asked how long was left on your key without having any roles assigned. We asked where are your roles, you didnt reply for 2 days so i just kicked you from the discord for being Sus.

We never scammed you for anything and never hacked your account but go ahead and think whatever you like. You are clearly a bit slow.

No we generally just delete the channel rather than doing it through the bot if theres no important info in the ticket as deleting tickets with meee6 to generate transcripts takes longer.

I can verify that that discord account has never directly purchased anything from me though. Looking at server logs which record all role changes, he has never had TOA, COX or LMS role in my server. He joined back in march, opened a ticket asking about TOA prices and then never purchased. Our only other interaction was the recent ticket where he asked how long he had left without even having roles.

Theres 3 possibilities:
1) He has either purchased from a different discord and was then asking for support on an alt account.
2) He purchased a key from a customer who tried to sell their license key.
3) He never even purchased anything from me.

I cant even find evidence of him being a customer.

Id also like the reiterate we dont even have an agility plugin like he said we do. we only offer TOA, COX and LMS.

 

He's lying to you. He's trying to get out of it for scamming 550m. He's in my dms right now crying about how he didn't scam me.
