Need help with Desktop PC -Reward

Hey everyone, recently after turning my Desktop computer on when it loads up after logging on there is no taskbar/start menu/desktop icons and only "My Documents comes up", I can't restore it because there isn't a start menu and its really fucking pissing me off.

Starting it up in safe mode doesn't work, can't get to cmd or anything and like all the files I put on there (anti-virus) says it corrupted.

I will reward anyone that helps me out sucssfully, and I can't do shit all on it.

 

Try downloading a program called Active Boot Disk.
It can help in certain situations related to this.

Does Ctrl Alt Delete do ANYTHING?

 

Just right click your desktop to get into the control panel and go from there.

 

Right clicking on the desktop does nothing, when I'm in the control panel what do I do from there?

I'll try downloading that on this computer (laptop) and putting on other one with a USB.

EDIT: Ctrl Alt Delete goes straight to task manager...tried ending all random processes, does nothing.

 

Maybe explorer.exe is closed? Go into your task manager --> new task --> explorer.exe .

 

Damn was about to say this if it doesnt work try
new task > C:\Documents and Settings\user\Start\Programs\
Then go to accesories and system tools and open the "system restore"
and restore the system to a date prior to the fuck up.

 

That is most likely the problem.
