Well, I've tried this and was in a Mail convo with a Mod, they responsed back in like 10-12 hours but it didnt worked out.
now I heard some rumours that a perm. banned account will be unbanned after 2 year. is this true or not? can anyone confirm this?

Not true. I have know a few people who's accounts are banned from longer than 2 years. Prolly some noob saying that trying to sound sophisticated.

does this work with accounts that has been banned for like 2-3 years?

 

I would says yes and probably work better than those that were just banned. I feel that they see that you have been "punished" for so long that it wouldn't be as bad as unbanning someone that has only been banned for a few weeks
