Explanation of the trade: I purchased the mentioned account from MOB SHOP discord in the 1501-1999 total level... channel. In the summary of the mentioned account, I was started that there are no active offences on the account. I paid $110 via BTC to find out shortly after that it had an active Temp ban from 05AUG23. I mentioned my findings immediately to MOB, which he admitted fault in the chat discussion. He offered a refund or some membership codes as compensation. I told him I did not want the membership, as I have plenty currently on my accounts. To assist in aiding a solution, I asked if there were any 90 melee accounts they have posted available. He replied, "my workers are doing the math on that at the moment, available soon." I asked for a status on how long it would take to become available, to which I received no update for over 24 hours, even with seeing him online. After 3 days, I asked if I could just receive the refund as this was drawing out much longer than my liking. He replied, "If I had been able to make a refund it would have been on the first day when I offered it". Additionally, both MOB and his worker are stating that I declined the option of a refund, which was never the case. I was trying to assist and be patient, but after such statements, it seems like they have no intentions to correct their mistake and I'm left paying $110 for an account that was falsely advertised and that I have no desire to use.
