Make the account 100% mine again?

Well, I gave away some random account for like 1,5-2 years to a friend on runescape. And now I just managed to recover it back. It had bank PIN, New recovs, new mail etc. and I was wondering if there was any way I could make it 100% mine again? So he wont be able to recover it back again.
I got first recovs, and it was made on my IP etc.

You are good as long as you recovered it under "Stolen account" and not "Forgotten Password".

This sounds like you gave it as a gift and stole it back which is scamming even if it was 2 years after.

 

So you just decided to take back something that you gave as a gift. When a gift is given, it becomes the property of the one it was given to.

 

If it's yours just message jagex about your problem, they will help you. But ONLY ONLY if you are the original owner that knows all the previous details, otherwise you will just lock yourself out.
