If prayer and summoning are 1, then $15-$40. I'd get str up to around 40 and defense to 75ish, so it could be a boxer first, though. Account wealth also makes a big difference.

Anywhere from $3-$15. I'm guessing that's an email based login name, but if it's not, then you could probably sell for up to $20.

Depends on the wealth, but with stats alone I'd say maybe $15-$25.
