About account security

Well, there's a old main which got hacked + shortly after BANNED for RWT when i was quited for summer. I try'd recovering it succesfully numerous times, but after a while my pass is reseted and new req questions are set. So someone knows old acc shit very good and even 5 years after ban, today, someone recovered and set his/her's reqs on it.

Is there any way to get my acc unbanned and SECURED so maybe ONLY i can recover it? I'm original owner.
Acc is banned for BUYING rs gold for irl cash, which i have NEVER done. Manual Perm Ban, no offensives expect that.

Yes, there is a thread in RuneScape forums, account help section, where you need to post your account username and Jagex would lock your account and then would decide who is a real owner.

I thought you could reset all information on account? If so, you should do that.
