We will address this matter, although the final decision rests with G2G. After carefully reviewing the data provided by the CG employees, we would like to clarify the following points:

1. The order was placed through G2G, providing the customer with the option to escalate this situation directly with them. Regardless of his claim, the decision is ultimately made by G2G. Any information posted in this Sythe report will not impact G2G's decision either in favor or against us.

2. The customer (G2G name: dessi420) has purchased only two times via G2G with us. First order back on January 8th, 2024 for a total of 69M OSRS (Evidence: https://prnt.sc/it83xNV4IDNs), and the second one back on June 11th, 2024 for 60M OSRS (Evidence: https://prnt.sc/Uw5X5n6mm3IB (for him, it's purchase order #44305516 and for us is sold order #20515803). These two orders were handled directly in the G2G chat.

3. Although Dessi420 correctly notes that the username to which the gold was delivered differs from the one listed in the order, it is evident that he confirmed receipt of the 60M traded to him. Unfortunately, he claims it is a different order, whereas it is, in fact, the same order confirmed by us. This is clearly indicated in his screenshots, where the sold order remains the same: #44305516. Typos happen, that's why we confirm with the customer in the chat before accepting the trade.

4. His claim of not receiving the coins is based on one factor: a typographical error, ignoring he confirmed the reception of the gold in the chat.

Since he escalated the situation with G2G, each time he sends a message in the chat, the order appears as delivered but remains in the chat to remind us that there is a dispute, that's why despite having been delivered, and awaits his confirmation (Evidence: https://prnt.sc/dySlwcAnhr5e)

Now, to reiterate, the final decision regarding this case rests with G2G staff, not with us. Since we repeatedly advised the customer to contact G2G for any issues, which he has now done, G2G adviced to us to NOT trade anything to him while we wait for their final decision (Evidence of the dispute and warning: https://prnt.sc/ptyyfYonOvQZ).

We follow G2G's protocol to provide screenshots of the trade, and have the confirmation in the chat that he received the gold, so right now we only need to wait.

Chicks instructed me live chat to escalate a claim on g2g because they claimed it was a bug from g2g and cant see my order even though i paid for it @Andy I Have no reason to try and make a mockery of a dnt'd account chicks has proven before to be an unsafe vendor. ultimately everything I explained in my post is 100% Accurate and G2G didn't instruct them not to pay me. they were awfully confused as to why they didn't deliver my order and will likely expedite the case with the discrepancy being so clear. in the proofs i provided them of this case. after all they insist i can only talk to g2g for help so I took every avenue including this sythe scam report because there is no fair reason any player or user on here should be scammed by Chicks website from sythe that should all be nipped in the bud now as they've fucked up and they know it now. petty for 14.48 CAD> A LOT of effort going into this scam and how it works IDK never had any issues with gold selling websites I find on sythe with high reputations

purchased 60m on the 12th the timezone difference confused the guy working the chat because I bought 60m two days in a row for different prices.. lol I can't believe you guys go to such lengths to try and scam everyone even the common guy with a few dollars trying to get by. you guys made an account and faked trades to get ready for a 15 dollar heist? out my ass pocket bro cmon now..
