Claws to Korasi or just claws?

Here's the deal im in the process of making a 20 def pure: its stats will be

99 Strength

78 Attack (For VLS/Statius/AGS)

20 Def (Corrupt Vesta for rushing, Mystic/Initiate)

43 Pray

(99 range and 99 mage eventually also but not important for rushing)



Anyway I was wondering if i should bother getting 62 dung for the ring of vigour as well as 30 def for the korasi. I've heard if you claw first then switch to korasi the results can be deadly. However, sitting at 99 strength with a nice hefty strength bonus from all my corrupt armor and the like; I don't think i'll be doing too badly by just claw rushing


I should be able to rush fairly well with claws alone, but if it would make a substantial difference I would MAYBE go for korasi's and ring of vigour.

You should bring claws to korasi, of course. If the person prays melee, switch to korasi. If the person prays mage/doesn't pray, you use claws (if person has lower defence/armour) or switch to korasi (if person has higher defence/armour)

 

depends on who ur rushing if its a rune prod then claws/korasi but if its ranger then just claws same with mager etc

korasi to claws, if your korasi doesn't hit then don't bother switching. I used to do the same thing and it was fairly effective, only reason I did it was because I had a lot of tokens left over, 50K tokens is a lot for -10% spec bar when you will only be using it in pvp.

1. If you get a good claw spec off, then swap to korasi.
2. If you get a mediocre claw spec off
a) if the person prays melee -> korasi
b) if the person prays magic -> second claw spec
3. If you get a crap claw spec off, just run.

 

Ring of vigour's alch value is VERY low.

So if you get anti-rushed, your chances of losing it are quite high. I'm not sure it's worth it.

 

Ya i have to agree you should definatly do claws to korasi.

 

Claw and Korasi is a good combo.
However, if your able to get a Spec Transfer partner you can Korasi alot of people which is also good.
