Scamming 70m

Briefly explain the trade:
I exchanged 70m Runescape GP for his "Free Chaotic Weapon" guide.

How they scammed: After first seeing it, I tried using it to no avail, as the guide's steps contradicted eachother. After asking him about it he gave me irrelevant answers that were wrong, and then said he "gtg to church" and will be back in 1-2 hours to help. For the next three hours I was waiting on MSN and Sythe, yet he didn't come back. So I left him a PM, explaining what I needed. However he has not responded to any of my PM's, leading me to demand a refund. He has also not responded to this, despite the fact that he has been on Sythe. Finally, he either stopped going on his MSN account or just completely blocked me.
