    How long can you hold your breath?
    My record is 2 minutes, I've done this several times with ease, but I don't want to push it too far and faint.

    How long can you hold your breath?
    I held my breath underwater for around 1:45 once. I started feeling dizzy so I pulled myself up.

    2 minutes tops. Apparently we are all capable of holding our breath for 7 minutes when necessary...
