xRaffo (Saltea/Apex) withholding 3500$

This is in the agreement he didn't "leave and quit" he would continue to get 50% of profit which he frankly did not deserve, as soon as he decided to "leave and quit" the agreement is that he gets what he invested, this is what is even said in this very screenshot. He isn't getting any more.

 

There is no proof that this was the agreement and whilst there is proof that the agreement if he leaves he will only receive his investment.

Plus profit is based on sales happening even if I agreed to it (which I have not and will not) which he's going out of his way to try and make me receive no sales.

If you disagree ban me.

 

Not to mention the fact he's gotten me banned in several servers I had spent hundreds of £ in on services/plugins etc which I no longer have access to because of it, before the report has even been settled. So I'll also want reimbursing for that, so he'll owe me money.

 

Also if you believe he should get 50% of profit, he should also have to pay 50% of all costs which he did not pay for and I put in which he put a grand total of £3 in when I again spent hundreds of £ on memberships, subscriptions to services etc etc
He also has sole access to 4 accounts that I paid for.

I was the one who was talking to customers 24/7, @ mods I will be MORE than happy to go around and asking the customers we've spoken to the most to collect evidence about how rude Saltea was to them and how much time I've spent talking to customers, even staying up till 6-7 AM my time just so I can be there for the customers in the USA timezones.

Him saying he paid for all the bonds and membership and what not, there's literal codes upon codes of membership I've bought and have sent in chats (privately aswell as in the server) if anything, I spent more on bonds. He's saying he built the bot (which he already had? Which is his hobby anyway? Which was A QOL FOR HIMSELF ASWELL? He never was forced to do any of this, the only reason he did was because it was a huge QOL for the both of us + it was extra practice for him since he said he was washed. Yes he hosted the bot, after I PAID Titanite 20$ or more initially to host it for us because Salt was lazy and didn't put in the effort to figure out how to, until Titanite helped him. Paying for ticket tool premium, theres been 2 or 3 payments for it, which I've paid my half for, aswell as the last time I paid was him actually taking the full split in the open market exchange server, which covered my part of the ticket tool cost that month. He says I banned and kicked people, which is like 2 at most, because they would simply not reply to tickets and wasted our time, and were clearly not going to buy or sell anything.

He also said I've done things that cost him money? He literally made a mistake which cost us a week of sales, by filling up the group to 5/5 members. If anything HE LOST ME SALES.

There's more than enough proof of this, @Zulu if you wish I can go around and dm all of our most loyal customers to prove this jerk was nothing but rude to them whenever he replied, prove the 1 week loss of sales thing is true etc etc.

As for me being entitled to half of the assets, the fact you're even thinking this way shows how big of a dirt bag you are, why should you be allowed to keep 100% of the assets when I put in as much time and effort? I've told you multiple times I dont want the gp I want half of the assets, it's simple as. It's my half.

Also, let's get this straight. If we go by the price of crypto currently stated in the server which is $0.187/M, and you actually owe me about 22b if not more (half of everything), since the stock isn't correct just because of your laziness, you owe me exactly 4114$. I'm literally doing you a favour by calculating everything at market rate which was 0.16/M but now I'll just take it for the price that we would have actually sold for.

Again you factually agreed to giving me my half of the assets in the Sythe conversation, you have no reason to back out now.

The next few screenshots are proof of him flipping out after one of our soon-to-be customers was misunderstood by him, which in turn I backed the customer up and Saltea lost his shit over this.

The customer implied something that Salt didn't understand(he himself as an UK born and raised citizen), but me (A foreigner with broken English according to him) did funnily enough.

After multiple times of us (customer and me) telling Salt was wrong, he refused to admit upon which I just decided it was time for me to stop working with him. And this is what caused all of this to happen. He deleted that ticket immediately out of pettiness, so I made a new one for the customer (and his friend) in which Salt as you can see in the link with images below, was nothing but rude.

I will add this before Salt tries to manipulate the facts himself. The customer did ask and inquire about some info because he wanted to start a GIM group which he could bot on, I answered a few questions then Salt came in later and started giving "advice" which had already been answered and already was general known logic in the first place.
He then apparently thought the customer was rude to him in which he started calling the customer a retard and what not. He proceeded to say he wasn't going to read all the nonsense we sent (to get a sliver of context of what me and the customer even talked about, which keep in mind, he always said this when I was talking to customers, sorting deals out, being helpful and communicative (AS CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE)

 

You literally agreed to do so in the Sythe conversation overseen by mods? They gave you greenlight to do the transaction and use it as proof so I can't false report? It's what YOU requested, you literally agreed to giving me my half of the assets in written evidence for mods to see?

I have not spread any lies at all. I can provide full evidence to the mods of all my messages to the customers of GIM Exchange, where I clearly state you are borderline scamming me for my half, and that they should be cautious trading you, or not trade with you at all until this report is resolved.

Everything can quite easily go back to normal after you give me back my half just like you agreed to, it's all in your hands, quite literally. I can and will DM all customers again one by one saying everything is resolved and that they can continue buying items from you. Hell you can even keep the server for all I care and continue and build it up on your own.

There is a channel in the server called "#gp" where we kept tabs on who paid for what, everytime we sold or bought items, and how much is owed to the other person.

So say the owed gp is at zero gp owed, and Salt goes ahead and pays 1B for a bank purchase, we would go ahead and post:
"+500m owed to Salt
Bought a bank
500m owed to Salt"
Because that's him paying for the bank, but me OWING him half of what he paid.

If I then went ahead and bought and paid for say, a few items worth 300m
It would be changed to:
"-150m owed to Salt
Bought items
350m owed to Salt"

Because half of 300m is what his part of the payment would be for said purchase, it is then deducted from the total amount of what I owed. And this worked flawlessly, we used this method ever since we decided to go 50/50 on everything.

If he hasn't deleted the evidence, I'm sure he can provide a full transcript or logs of that channel to prove everything was logged and tracked correctly and just.
