PKing stats for my acc?

Hey guys i was wondering what do u think i should make of my account in order to have it a good pker
Atm i have:

99 strength
91 attack
75 defence
70 prayer
82 ranged (probably wont range pk anyways)
80 mage (bought enough alchs to get 94, cbf to do atm)

I havent strted rfd but have all skill requirements

Apparently i would be good with korasi but not sure if i wanna spend 20m on 70 construction, craft and smith, (got 50 con, 55smith and 66craft anyways)

The real question is:

should i get:

99 str
99 att
75 def
99/94 mage (does 99 mage make a difference for korasi spec?)
will sw till 99 hp if i dont have anyways
99 ranged? (to make it easier for fire capes lol)

Before you ask i dont have the money for 95 pray so thats kinda out of the question

With those stats would i be an ok pker??
