Getting 99 Runecrafting on My level 3!

Yeah, especially at 91 since you can't do most of the higher level ones as they require quests out of your reach. Nats would still be decent money, nonetheless.

 

Well im only level 40, started yesterday so i have plenty of time to figure out what i want to do, but still totally confused with it all.

 

Getting tabs for 99 would require a hell of a lot of legitting.
It can be done, I guess, but it's not really realistic.

 

how much experience per hour are fires?

I think there 12-15k xp an hour, dont quote me on it though.

 

I'm getting like 20k doing natures at 82 with all four pouches, but I'm graahking. I have no idea what you could do on a level three.

 

Its going to be hard, might just do laws - 99 using the balloon trasport thingy
