How to make Chocolate cake in a coffee mug!

This is a recipe my fiance taught me today, the cake was pretty tasty though it was just a little chewy.

What you'll need
Coffee mug(larger one)
An ordinary table spoon
A microwave
8 table spoons of hot cocoa mix/cocoa powder
4 table spoons of flour
1 egg
3 table spoons of water
3 table spoons of vegetable oil

Optional ingredients
Chocolate chips
Marshmallows

Preparation:
Step 1: Add all the dry ingredients together in the coffee mug
Step 2: Add the egg; stir being careful to not make a mess!
Step 3: Add the oil and water in, again be careful not to spill any
Step 4: Take your spoon and scrape the bottom of the mug to make sure no dry ingredients are stuck to the bottom in clumps

Cooking it
Put your coffee mug in your microwave and microwave it at high for 3 minutes. Your cake will rise a inch or two over the top of the mug; DO NOT WORRY it will settle down.

ENJOY
Scrape the finished cake out of the mug and enjoy!

Made one of these a while back, too chewey and bland for my cultured pallet.

 

This sounds interesting. Personally, I love baking/cooking, so this doesn't appeal to me, but good guide either way.
