What to alch?

What can I alch to make my money back?

 

I'm not sure if theres anything to make your money back if you are buying both: nats + alch item. But I hear that maple long (u) are the best to alch as you lose the least.

I think they are a slight profit. Although you can only buy 1k an hour.

runescape wikia isnt as good as this

 

Rune arrows bought at the right price can bring slight profit. I just alch anything, ores, willow longbows (u). 77k magic xp per hour should come at a cost anyways.

 

Iron platebodys seems promising.

 

No items to alch, but its possible to alch and make a lot of profit by doing other stuff while u alch

I agree, just make everything yourself, profit + exp = Win.
