scammed by tactuz for 25M (25$)

He scammed me for 25M.
I'm new in this forum - at first, he showed me his vouch thread (in which i posted of course, too), where he had 31 vouches. So since i'm new + he seemed trustful, i had no option but to agree to go first.
I decided to sell him 100M in 25M increments. During the chat, he tried to persuade me to do bigger increments, because he had to pay "high fees".
The last bit of the skype-log is on the screenshot.

After i handed the money to him in runescape, he instantly logged off both runescape and skype, and he removed me from his skype list (i marked this in the screenshot: "resend contact request")
