    Giving advice for fitness.

Hi, it seems from a lot of threads on here that fitness seems to be an issue with a decent size population in this section. I'm willing to give advice for those who seek it, my knowledge is from reading upon nutritional sciences, and I plan to attend college to get a ph.d in the feild. I guess I'll tell you a few things about myself. I'm a natural teen bodybuilder, and compete in plenty of American Natural BBing assosiations, such as OCB/INBF, etc. I've been training for over a year, and have made tremendous progress, because thankfully, I decided to do research, and spend valuable time into learning about dieting, training, sleeping.

Also, I am not limited to bodybuilding. I can inform on strength (strongman, powerlifting), cutting (BBers do this precontest, I can guide to a safe catabolic cut, with minimal fat loss), etc.

I'm willing to provide picture to anyone who feels the need to "check out" my physice before taking my advice. I refuse to post it publicly, but feel free to add my MSN for more details about myself, or go into detailed talks about subjects discussed on this thread.

I'll thow in an older pic a few months ago, that I haven't posted on my FB or anything, it's a rear lat spread.

No, I have no problems pushing, and lats give you a slight benifit while pushing (dumbell bresses, bench press) I've never had issues with mobility either, I can move around just as fine as I ever have. I'm as flexiable as I've ever been, and as fast as I've ever been.
