How to make the perfect pure?

Every time i try to make the perfect pure i always fail. I want to make a gmaul rusher what stats do u guys recommend and how should i train? pc or ???

 

If you want to be maxed then the obvious would be 50 attack 99 str 1 def 99 mage and 31+ pray depending on your preference.

For training make sure you do all the req quests that you're going to need so that you don't end up with an unnecessary attack level ect. before you start training.

Training wise I would just train up some decent stats in security stronghold or whatever your preference is (40 attack 60+ str) which shouldn't take too long then go SW it up.

 

is higher attack necessary?
