Get back old Accounts?

Omg! I just remembered, I have an old account that saved ALOT of party hats.
Did Jagex remove some of them or did they just get lost?
Otherwise I might have like 10 of them because I quit playing on that character
right after they had that party had drop thingy.

 

You guys sure are right about getting accounts back even if you only know the first used password. Just got back another one !! I'm going for my very first character aswell now !!

 

try giving it a try. put in all the info you can remember.
