Red3mpt1on Scammed me of a F Cape and RSGP

Briefly explain the trade:He asked me my accounts stats, we talked for a bit I traded the main ammount of cash off of my account and onto my skiller and I got the items he asked for and then I gave him the info for the firecape and I left for dinner. I come back from dinner and check my character, I'm at the ge all of my items taken off my account including multipul whips items for the fire cape and 10m
How they scammed:He did not get me my fire cape that he was suposed to get me and he stole all of my money and items that I have ingame.
