Anyone got a crotch rocket?

Looking at picking up a bike this summer was looking for suggestions/ideas. Not looking to spend over 9K.

So far im strongly considering the Honda CBR600

Dealership is like 3 hours from my apartment so it wouldn't be too bad of a ride back.

 

Motorcycles are cool. But cars are so much better.

 

I have a 125cc CBR, but no idea what a crotch rocket is

 

Do they add a coffin as a bonus gift ?

 

I'd love to have one, but I'd end up tied around a phone pole in less than a month....

On topic: My dad has a Kawasaki Ninja, it's beautiful. Can't go wrong with one, but to be honest I see them everywhere so they're a bit too samey.

bro i dont know how big you are or how much of an adrenaline junky you are but i started out with an 1100 rode it for 2 years traded it and got a 1300 busa the best decision of my life but trust me go big or go home bro instead of spending money twice just buy once bruh

my uncle had a gsx r600 which was pretty sa-weet

 

I have a 2008 yamaha R6. In my opinion you don't need more cc's than that. It has beautiful turning and is a really quick bike.1000cc+ bikes are pointless unless A) you race, or B) you have a deathwish

yea but its better to get a smaller bike first to learn to ride. If you give someone who hasnt ridden before a 1000cc bike, they'll probably kill themselves. Also it might not be their thing, its just to let them get used to riding

 

I got a 2008 CBR1000 RR, there nice bikes and defiently worth picking up brand new cause when you buy used people often ride the piss out of them and you cant tell. But 9k is enough for brand new. I can help you pick one out, do you have an experience riding? do you plan on customiezeing it? do you have an mechenical skill to work on it urself? talk on here or you can pm me on msn!

 

I have a 999r Ducati, but I really wish I would have went with a 1000GSXR. That's where its at right now and you could pick one up for 9k used w/ alot of parts on it. But if you were to go new I'd say go with the 600GSXR
