Banging my head While sleeping

Well over the past few days, My mother has been waking up around 3 in the morning from banging noises Coming from my room

I don't remember or recall banging my head or anything..

I've tryed sleeping down in the living room but it still happens.

Anyway to solve or stop this?

Firstly, how can she be so sure it's coming from YOUR room?

And if you don't recall banging your head, then why did you title the thread 'Banging my head whilst sleeping'?

 

Well It's Not any of my brothers. like i said I slept in the front room and it came down from there where i was sleeping.

 

Maybe you knocked something off the sofa/bed, or something fell. You can't assume you're hitting your head, you would know if you were or not as there would be marks to show for it, if it's loud enough to wake your mother.

 

maybe you just roll up against the wall? I used to do that and i had a small enough house that you could hear it.

 

Ever heard of plasterboard? The slightest tap on one of them walls sounds like an explosion.

But yeah, it could just be your foot or something hitting the wall, unless there's bruises on your head.

I don't really know how you could stop it..

 

Not the case.. you'd be surprised how loud a small bang on a wall can sound from rooms closeby. My brother actually does this in his sleep too lol some people don't move around at all in bed.. others scramble about alot and wake up in all sorts of positions,

An easy way of solving it would be to put a pillow against the wall?
